How can you access Adult SMA REACH data?
1. Prepare your submission
Fill out our Data Request Form.

2. Submit request
Send both documents via email to the Adult SMA REACH team at nuth.adultsmareach@nhs.net.
3. Steering Committee review
Your application will be reviewed by our committee.
You’ll receive feedback or approval and may be asked for clarifications.
4. Data access granted

5.Timeline
Typical turnaround is 2–4 months from submission to data release.
